In The Blood Thriller Terminal List is a gripping and brutal journey into vengeance. Chris Pratt stars as James Reece, a Navy SEAL who returns home from Afghanistan after his entire platoon is killed in an ambush. Haunted by the memories of his fallen comrades, Reece sets out to find those responsible for their deaths.
The film follows Reece as he tracks down the members of a Mexican drug cartel who he believes were behind the ambush. Along the way, he teams up with a mysterious woman named Lorena Cruz (Constance Wu),who has her own reasons for wanting revenge against the cartel.
As Reece and Cruz get closer to the truth, they find themselves in a dangerous game of cat and mouse with the cartel. The action is intense and the violence is graphic, but it all serves to fuel Reece's relentless pursuit of vengeance.
Pratt is excellent in the lead role, bringing a raw intensity to the character of Reece. He is believable as a man who is consumed by grief and anger, and his performance is sure to stay with you long after the credits roll.
Kitsch is also good as Reece's former commanding officer, who tries to help him cope with his trauma. Wu is a welcome addition to the cast, and her character adds a much-needed element of humanity to the story.
Director Antoine Fuqua (Training Day, The Equalizer) does a great job of creating a sense of suspense and dread. The film is beautifully shot, and the action sequences are expertly choreographed. Fuqua also knows how to get the most out of his actors, and Pratt and Kitsch give two of the best performances of their careers.
In The Blood Thriller Terminal List is a powerful and disturbing film that will stay with you long after you see it. It is a must-see for fans of action thrillers, and it is sure to be one of the most talked-about films of the year.
