Materials
- Worsted weight yarn (approximately 200 yards for a single peapod, 400 yards for twin peapods)
- Crochet hook size H (5.00mm)
- Yarn needle
- Scissors
- (Optional) Ribbon or yarn for tying (approximately 1 yard)

Twin Peapod
- Ch 100.
- Row 1: Sc in each ch across. (100 sc)
- Row 2: Hdc in each sc across. (100 hdc)
- Row 3: Dc in each hdc across. (100 dc)
- Rows 4-10: Repeat Rows 2-3. (100 dc)
- Row 11: Sl st in each dc across. (100 sl st)
- Fold the peapod in half lengthwise and sew the edges together. (Leaving an opening at the top for the babies.)
- (Optional) Tie a ribbon or yarn around the top of the peapod to secure it.
Single Peapod
- Ch 50.
- Row 1: Sc in each ch across. (50 sc)
- Row 2: Hdc in each sc across. (50 hdc)
- Row 3: Dc in each hdc across. (50 dc)
- Rows 4-8: Repeat Rows 2-3. (50 dc)
- Row 9: Sl st in each dc across. (50 sl st)
- Fold the peapod in half lengthwise and sew the edges together. (Leaving an opening at the top for the baby.)
- (Optional) Tie a ribbon or yarn around the top of the peapod to secure it.
