This collection of poems was written during a difficult time in my life. I was struggling with depression and anxiety, and I felt like I was losing control. I turned to poetry as a way to express my feelings and to try to make sense of what I was going through.

The Darkness

I am lost in the darkness,
And I can't find my way out.
The shadows are closing in on me,
And I'm afraid.

I feel like I'm drowning,
And there's no one to save me.
I'm all alone in this,
And I don't know what to do.

I'm so tired of feeling this way,
But I don't know how to make it stop.
I just want to be happy again,
But I don't know how to get there.

The Light

But even in the darkest of times,
There is always hope.
I know that I will find my way out of this,
And I will be stronger for it.

I have people who love me,
And they will help me through this.
I have a purpose in life,
And I will not give up on it.

I will fight my way through this darkness,
And I will find the light again.
I will not let this darkness consume me,
I will overcome it.
